As you had already 2 first trimester abortions already i hope apart from scan other blood tests had been done like your sugar level, thyroid, prolactin and routine tests. Apart from these there is another condition called anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome which can cause repeated abortions. It can be diagnosed with simple blood tests and can be treated as well. My advice is you consult your doctor before hand only first do all these blood tests see everything is in right place and if any treatment is necessary it should be started and after everything is normalized you should plan for pregnancy.
