Hi, a few months ago I used meth for a four day period. Im not happy about it and won t do it again. However, I ve noticed that my cheeks are somewhat sunken in since then. It was obviously worse immediately after I was off of it. I donate plasma regularly and my hydration was super low 39 reading on my blood when I donated following use. Since my blood hydration has gone up to 46. I do not have the look of a chonic user but I still feel like I haven t regained the appearance to my cheek area. My question is, can the sunken cheeks be reversed naturally without gaining weight elsewhere and how to do it without sergury. Im 39, male and otherwise do not look any older than my actual age.
