Hello. I ve been meaning to ask a question involving what the best skin care product to use is. I have been using the neutrogena rapid clear face wash and treatment pads and they have worked great. But I still get really bad breakouts from time to time all over my face. Especially on my nose, forehead, and chin. What can I do to decrease my chances of this happening?
Acne is a disease of the hair follicles of the face, chest, and back that affects almost all teenagers during puberty. Acne occurs when sebaceous (oil) glands attached to the hair follicles are stimulated at the time of puberty or due to other hormonal changes. Acne usually improves around the age of 20, but may persist into adulthood. Permanent scarring may occur. Advice 1. Apply locally clindamycin 1% solution/gel at bed time for a month 2. Use Acne aid soap three time daily for cleaning your face 3. Have a good sleep of 8 hours and drink 3 – 4 liters of water daily 4. Do not squeeze pimples as it will cause scarring 5. Try to avoid use of unbranded cosmetics unnecessarily Have patience - Any treatment of acne may take two or three Thanks
