How To Prepone Periods?
HI, Last month i had my period on 19th may but I dont get period on the same day it may be 2- 3 days early or late and I want to prepone them if possible , if not than advice some medicine to postpone it as i will be travelling from 16th-12th June . Please advice some thing effective. Thanks Janaki

I have gone through your query. You can postpone periods by taking progesterone (hormonal drug). It should be taken at least 3 days before the expected menses date and can be continued till the time you want to get menses. Usually Norethindone (regesterone) 5mg is given daily for this. You can consult your gynecologist for this.
