How To Overcome The Underweight Problem?

Hi Sir, Am 26 aged male, my wight is 53 kg & height is 172cm. recently i come to knw am Underweight based on BMI of Mine. Last two weeks am having egg,alomnds evry morning.. But its not helping me to gain weight.. Please reply me.. am going to get marry in couple of months

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum. I understand your query as well the concern about your health. As you got to know that you are underweight, I would like to suggest you to take balanced diet including more protein, green leafy vegetables, milk, fruits,juices. Take 2 eggs daily.Along with this do regular half an hour exercise, yoga or meditation. All these will help you to gain weight, but keep some patience. It will not help you in a week or two.
