How To Overcome The Problem Of Migraines, Vomiting And Nausea?

I have suffered with migraines for 39 years I'm now 49 and still suffer with vomiting and nausea constantly. I take meds and have always been under a Doctors care, but MRI CAT SCAN BLOOD work except my red blood cells are large no one can find anything else wrong so im treated as a migraine suffer for years and the nausea and vomiting goes along with it. I feel helpless..

Migraine headache is always episodic and associated with nausea,vomiting. It is triggered by some factor and you have be watchful for that.
It usually occurs after stress,anxiety,disturbed sleep and diet pattern,workload and any unfavorable condition in routine life.
Take nsaid,metoclopramide,flunarizine combination drug to avoid headache,nausea.
Long course of flunarizine will be helpful to reduce episodes of headache.
Otherwise avoid stress,go for exercise,yoga,meditation regularly.
Drink more water and other liquids,eat good nutritious diet.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
