Hi I am a 52 year old active female. I just starting having these pains in my right heel. I cannot walk on it without limping. it is worse when I try to get up from bed every morning. I weight about 165lbs and I m 5 1inch maybe 5 3/4inches. It hurts to run or walk for long periods. What can I do?
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The pain in the heel specially in the morning time is likely to be due to plantar fasciitis. Taking anti inflammatory and massage of the heel after getting up in the morning will help. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
