How To Overcome The Numbness In My Left Palm?

Good day, i just want to ask why is my left palm always feels numb every now and then with in the day.. I have to squueze it a few times before i can feel again or i have to move it real hard up and down, left to right so as it will be normal once again. This is happening plenty of times with in a day. Pls help, thanks much.

Hello and welcome to HCM,

Every one of us feel numb in hands sometime or the other. Dont worry too much but recurrent numbness are initial sign of being something wrong with your peripheral nerves.
I'd suggest you to start taking Vitamin B12 supplements and get yourself checked for diabetes., these two being the commonest causes.
Avoid alcohol and take healthy meals.

If you do not feel improvement consult a physician.
