How To Overcome Stress After Quitting Smoking?

I quit smoking 4 days ago today. Period was due 2 days ago tomorrow. we are currently ttc. I am indeed cramping but not as bad as menstrual cramps. they are pinching pressure type cramps. I do not feel stressed from quitting Ive been using the patch. Could this be due to quitting that my period is late or could it be im FINALLY pregnant after trying for so long?
