How To Overcome Noise Sensitivity While Having Major Depression?
How can I cope with the issue of noises bothering me? Certain noises upset me to the point where I have to leave the room, store, etc. I have even had to move several times recently due to barking dogs, neighbors whistling, neighbors music, TV, etc. I really don t think my doctor takes this seriously however this is controlling my life. I have been diagnosed with Major Depression for many years now. Age 55 female. Can you give me any ideas to help me? Thank you
