How To Overcome My Constipation Problem?

I've been constipated for a few days now, I have been eating alo of beans and rice, yesterday I tried drinking two cups of orange juice and same as today, I've been eating fiber so I don't know why I'm constipated, I also got the stomach flu 2 weeks ago and now getting over a cold, I can take OTC meds I have heart problems and natural remedys?

Hi, I went through your query. Diet is the best way to solve the problem. Fibres specially mean green leafy vegetables and fruits like blackberries apples. For the time being you can go for some fibre containing OTC laxative like isaphgul husk with warm water at night. If that does not work for you, try lactulose but only as last resort. Hope this helps.
