Hi,

There are various stages in a human beings life where we have different likes and dislikes. As you said you have an addiction.

I would suggest my patients concentrate on their works. If anyone is a student, try to work hard in studies and get good marks and grasp of the subject. Get into good professional course good job. Spend some time with friends. Try to be in public. I would suggest my patients see a doctor and discuss with them as it would help them clear and manage if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammad Azhar Hussain,
