How To Overcome Masturbation Addiction?

Hello Sir , I m masturbating from many years and I want to quit that habit , I m trying to quit but still even for small lusts I m not able to control and Does it cause on our memory ? Can u please suggest me to avoid this habit and to increase my memory

I think I can help you.

Please realize that the masturbation has probably become a habit for you.
It has become an obsession.
I think the chances are high that you are using porn for your habit.

So here are my suggestions-
1, Dont try to stop in 1 day. Never happens. Reduce the frequency slowly.
2, make your access to porn more and more difficult. Get someone to block sites that you commonly access. stop buying into it.
3, keep yourself busy with work and hobbies.
4, fight the urge- go into some hobby or exercise. This will initially delay and later help you decline the urge.

As of now, I do not think you need medicines.

As for the memory. This is because your obsession with this habit is keeping your attention into it. Once you manage to turn your habits again, you will be able to direct your attention to other things, and you will find your memory improving- there is nothing wrong with it, you are just using it in the right direction. You can test this- try to recollect as many lusty stories or episodes that you may have experienced/seen/heard. Try to jot them down. I think you will find that your memory is quite intact for these things.- Memory loss is not selective. So your memory is intact.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
