Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have Cannabis dependence which is causing you craving. I would suggest you to be determined enough to leave the dependence/addiction only then it is possible. You should take expert counseling from your psychiatrist and counselor and you should go for relaxation therapy to avoid dependence. You should do yoga and meditation. Drink plenty of water. You should enroll yourself in other activities such as swimming, playing and other things you feel enjoyable to divert your mind and dependence. You should do exercise daily and take diet rich in multivitamins.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes,
