How To Manage The Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea Caused After Taking Medicines?
My niece is suffering from adinocarcinoma of the lung during the past 8 months. For the last 6 months she has been on Tarceva 150 mg a day. Recently she developed severe abdominal pain followed by diarrhorea most likely due to a side effect of the drug. How do you manage the abdominal pain.

With the history of adenocarcinoma lung it would not be wise to label the diarrhoea as a drug side effect without any visit to your family doctor..
