you have cervical spondylosis radiculopathy the step of treatment is
Non operative treatment
1.Medication mostly NSAISDs , gabapentin drug
2.cervical collar
3.Neck muscle excercise
4.cervical epidural steroid injection

Mostly more stan 60-70 percent of pt. improve with conservation treatment in 3 months but if you have progressive weakness and pain after 3 months you may be a good candidate for surgery.
