The complaints of misbehave to kids and touching girls are most probably due to impulsivity. If he is not on any medications then consult a Psychiatrist to start his medicines. Medicines like stimulants as Amphetamines, methylphenidate are very useful in controlling undesired behaviour. Non stimulant medicines like atomoxetine also have good results. Behavior therapy and cognitive therapy both have good roles in ADHD. Token economy is useful to get desired behaviour from him. Toke economy is a part of behavioural management of ADHD patients.
