heyy i'm 16 years old. am 170 cm and 62 kg but i have love handles and i hate them and even toning my abdomin and sides isnt affecting in fact my waist is wideneng. well is it adequete to take via ananas?would it help to break the accumilated fats at the level of the abdomin? thank you

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

The love handles - you can't just put them off selectively. You need to have a body weight reduction in order to get rid off the entire fat. An interesting piece of information is that , where the fat accumulates last, it goes away from there also last.

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
