How To Make My Digestive System Work Properly?

Hi, I am Anirban, I think my my digestive system is not working properly...as I take one time heavy food at night(main course rice...) and entire day ..is based on fruit salad and curd(as I am diet).

Can you suggest any medicine ? or should have consult a doc?

I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned any clear symptoms, but it can be guess that it could be dyspepsia and it may be due to hyperacidity and I would suggest to have Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, with the little information given here it become difficult to advise in proper way hope this information helps.
