How to maintain weight as per height?

Hi , I an uday my height is 6 feet n my weight is 68 kg. But according to my height it should be 75-80 kg. So plz suggest me how to increase my weight .

Uday, u need to understand that weight loss can be associated with of multilple problems.  Both medical and psychological.  U need to find out if there are any such cause for it.  Good proteinaceous diet such as egg, wheat products,  milk can help in increasing the weight.  You can try protein supplements which are available in the market.  And also remember it will take some time for the results to show up... All the best....

How old are you ? If a teenager, do not worry. It will increase with time.

Weight, body structure is genetically determined. Getting yourself evaluated and meeting a endocrinologist shall certainly help. So check it out.
