How To Lower The ESR Level In Blood?

Hello sir,My name is krishne gowda.My wife name is Sharavathi.She 32 years old.we have a two kids of 9 years & 7 years old.my wife is thyroid patient From last three 3 years.Earlier we were taking Alopathy.from last year we went to Homeocare for thyriod treatment .Now her thyriod level is ok.but she will have big joint pain always.Now we tested ESR.It is showing 120.But normal range is 0-20 only.Now i am completly scared.give me the suggetion what we will do next step.please

Usually thyroid is nothing to do this elevated level of ESR .
As you mentioned in the query that your wife is having severe joint pain , this pain may be due to rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis or any infectious joint disease .
If ESR is elevated ( supposed to be ) then definitely ESR will elevate , in your wife same thing is happening .
So without any panic ,take it easy as your wife will be cured .
So consult an ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON and get his opinion.
However, many doctors , now a days don't care about high ESR level .
