How To Lower Blood Sugar Level With Diet?

Hi, I have type 2 diabetes and have had for 25 years but never have had a problem and really always ate what I wanted, but in my yearly full bloods for everything in March my Dr told me my diabetes my diabetes was out of control, he sent me to a dietician and from there I went to a diabetic education program called Desmond and that was very educational but I have been watching everything I eat and recording my blood before and after every meal and still can't get my blood readings down, just don't know where to go now, maybe you can give my some advice.

Dear madam i can understand your concern.

I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties getting your blood sugar in the normal range now. I am very happy you are this conscientious because having a well controlled blood sugar is very important in preventing the onset of diabetic complications.

In type 2 diabetes diet is very important but its not the ultimate solution.
In the natural progression of type 2 diabetes the stage will come where we can not control our diabetes without starting pills.
Even after starting pills diet should be followed along with Exercise.
i suggest you meet a Diabetologist and take opinion from him regarding usage of medication.
for further advise and analysis of your condition kindly provide your height weight and lab data of you
