How To Lower SGPT And SGOT Level In Blood?

hello dear, I am female and 28 years old. in my blood test there was a high amount of SGPY(127) and SGOT(47). Now I am worried about my health. as I have read in the net, it could be the sign of dangerous disease like Hepatitis. Could you explain me what can I do for that? thanks for your time

SGOT and SGPT are increased in case of liver injury not just dangerous hepatitis. they are markers of liver function. not all hepatitis are deadly only hepatitis Band C are, hepatitis A is common. also injury to liver cause by drugs , medication, alcohol can also cause increase in level. so do not worry.
