How To Lose Weight?

I am a 19 year old, 5'5" 145 lb. female with OCD, BDMD, and ADHD; I've got issues. Some include having compulsions to workout, trouble sitting still, and feeling horrible about my weight. This makes a flawless recipe for losing weight....except the fat refuses to burn off. I do have decent muscle mass, but I am still flabby and have noticeable excess fat on my abs and lower body, even though I exercise religiously and have a strict diet (1600 cal, lean protein, vegetables, whole grains, etc.). I suspect I am not getting enough rest, but I mentally cannot stop my rituals.

No need to worry you will achieve your goals, increase your calorie to another 100 kcal which is your requirement divide these calories to 7 to 8 meal pattern. For best results giving at least 2 hours gap increase fibres and fluid intake of 2.5 to 3 liters/day use detox drink by adding lemon slice, mint salt, and a pinch of pepper in a water bottle. Keep filling it and drink were in it. This will help to boost antioxidents. Since you are calorie conscious, it won't be difficult to use omega-3&6 fatty acids than saturated fat and simple carbohydrate.
