I am a 19 year old, 5'5" 145 lb. female with OCD, BDMD, and ADHD; I've got issues. Some include having compulsions to workout, trouble sitting still, and feeling horrible about my weight. This makes a flawless recipe for losing weight....except the fat refuses to burn off. I do have decent muscle mass, but I am still flabby and have noticeable excess fat on my abs and lower body, even though I exercise religiously and have a strict diet (1600 cal, lean protein, vegetables, whole grains, etc.). I suspect I am not getting enough rest, but I mentally cannot stop my rituals.
