I am overweight and i try to eat Healthier and exercise when i can but i work 3rd shift. So what and how is best way to fit this into a schedule? I get home from work at 7:30am. Eat some toast or something. Go to bed by 8:am. Get up 2 let out dogs nap till 4:30 get up shower do things that need done 6pm make dinner eat pack a lunch leave for work 8:30 pm. Have a 10 min break at 12:30 20 min lunch at 3:30am. Its hard to get on a schedule
Hello there I have read your question and can see that you have a very unhealthy schedule. Since you work night shift it's not possible for you to exercise in the morning. But I will suggest you to try and fit an exercise schedule in the evening hours. Cut down on carbs and processed food. Take small 5 meals at two hourly intervals . Atleast a 40 min of physical activity like swimming or brisk walking will definitely help you to lose weight. I hope that answers your question.
