Hello doctor i am a business woman aged 32yrs, weight 85 height 4 11\ i want to lose weight my baby is so small he is only eight month so what can i do.

Hello madam: your weight is definitly more for your height. The ideal weight for yor height would be 45 kg. First thing in any weight reduction programme is that we to figure out why you had put on weight and also to see whether you have any complications related to obesity. Then only we would be able to suggest a plan for weight loss. You also require your thyroid functions to be checked.
