Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The reason for the big belly should be assessed first and then treated. The causes may be the surgical hernia it will be irregular in shape.
The other causes may be the fatty stomach due to the extra calories, or sedentary life.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment .
You can achieve the weight control by minimizing the intake of calories, fats, fries, ice cream, and oil foods.
Increasing the activity by practicing yoga, morning walk, and doing any work in front of you.
Minimize the sleeping time, practice early to rise, and late to bed. Avoid the day time sleep.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
