please how can i reduce 15kg in just 3 months i want to know the types of food i should eat and the portion both breakfast,lunch and dinner ,and for the exercise i dont know any gym close by but i want to do it at home but i dont know how to do pull ups

Weight loss can be achieved by change in diet and also increase in physical activity.

There are different diet programs available, most are variations on either the low fat/low calorie diet or the low carbohydrate diet.
You can choose which one is more appropriate for you.

There are different menus available online that would help you to choose recipes fitting which ever diet you choose.
There are also daily calorie counters that you can use.

You would also need to exercise at least 150 minutes a week.
