Avoid simple sugars, juices, sweets ,consume the right serving of cereal, restrict to portion size . cut down on fried foods, bakery products,avoid use of ghee, butter , cream . Consume variety of vegetables as they are filling and provides nutrients too. Go for regular brisk walking or aerobic exercise as it fetches good result.
