When did she leave the pills? It takes a while for fertility to return after stopping pills..first 2-3 months she has very less chance of getting pregnant. After she has had some 3 periods she would be more likely to conceive. For how long was she on the pills?

my wife 7 week pregnant and last two days she is suffaring to cold and dry cough what may be couses, and what should we do.

Once you stop the pills, it will take atleast 3 months in best case and otherwise 6-9 months in normal case to become pregnant again. Don't be worried about it as it is quite normal in case of pills.
