Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Yes, your symptoms suggest that you might have pain from
kidney stones. However there might be other reasons for bleeding in urination & right sided pain such as prostrate enlargement, severe
urinary tract infection,etc
There are several factors which influence the ability to pass a stone. These include the size of the person, prior stone passage,
prostate enlargement, and the size of the stone.
A stone up to 4 mm has an 80% chance of passage. Whereas a 5-6 mm stone has 20 % chance of passage.
Some might feel pain while passing a stone, while others may feel nothing at all. Diagnosis should first be made through x-ray or
ultrasonography for presence of stone.
If stone is diagnosed & pain remains even after 2-3 days, lithotripsy(procedure in which ultrasonic
shock waves are used to break stone into smaller ones so that they pass easily ) should be done.
Don't worry you would be fine
Hope this information helps
