Hello There..
welcome to healthcare Magic forum..
Female athlete triad consists of disordered eating, amenorrhea, and osteoporosis.
Disordered eating:Most girls with female athlete triad try to lose weight as a way to improve their athletic performance.
Amenorrhea: Because of excessive exercising and decreased eating, estrogen will be decreased and this in turn will lead to lose of periods.
Osteoporosis:Low estrogen and poor oral intake especially calcium may lead to lose of bone tissues.
So if you have one or more of these symptoms, than you could be diagnosed with Female Athlete triad.
Hope this helps!
Take care..
