My ultrasound reads: ADNEXA: Within the right adnexa there is a dilated tubular-like structure which appears to connect with the uterus obtaining internal anechoic fluid consistent with hydrosalpinx. Similar appearing prominent vasculature within the bilateral adnexa. Does this mean that it appears that I may have hydrosalpinx on the left side as well?

How To Interpret The Ultrasound Scan Report?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Prominent vasculature of adnexa does not confirm hydrosalpinx. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
