I need to know your clinical complaint for giving more comment.

It might be pneumonia like case for which you had done sputum examination report.

Pus cells and streptococcus growth suggestive of gram positive cocci infection of respiratory tract.

According to severity oral or parenteral antibiotic medication needs to be prescribed.
