How To Interpret The Laboratory Report?

I went in to the emergency room for a misscarige and my study results said there are no discrete uterine masses noted. The endometrium measures 11mm thick. Color Doppler shows no significant blood flow within it. No significant finding in the adnexa what does this mean?
