How To Interpret Semen Analysis Report?
semen examination quqntity abouat 10cc colour creamish reaction:ph 7.0 consistency :non-viscous sperm count : 30 mil/ml. motility : 50% morphology :90% rapid progression 40% sluggish progression : 10% none progression 50% moltility after 2 and half hours rm temp 35% smear study pus cells 2-4/hpf

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.Infection is indicated by the presence of pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemogram,Culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Other findings like motility,morphology,count are normal.
