How To Increase The Density Of The Bone?

Hi I have bone density problem, and my Thyroide is not helping is none active . Taking sentroide . My question is how to bring my bones in better condition. I do exercise everyday . Walking, lifting weight strength training. What elements will help besides taking calcium + vitamin D ?

Hi,
To increase bone density you require Calcium and vitamin D3 supplements.
Take Vitamin D3 in higher dose like 60 K once in a week for 2 months.
Take Calcium supplements as well.
Take high protien diet.
Go for proper treatment of hypothyroid.
Ok and take care.
