Thanks for your query.Based on the report of your semen analysis it appears that though your semen count is 45millions /ml Percentage of active motile sperms(35%) is within normal range to effect in fertilization of a ovum .There are no medicines proven to be scientifically effective in raising the active motile sperm count.However Following general measure will help you to increase the quantity of active motile sperms..
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vit A,C,D,E.
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
