And doctor also suggested ti go for Ultrasound test it tells left veriocele problem. What is this? Is this is the reason for not having fatherhood?? Pls suggest how to increase motility rate??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The sperm motility is inherently determined by genetic and hormonal factors. There are no medications which are promising to raise sperm motility as effective proven by clinical trials.

The basic issue of your query pertains to the root cause evaluation with doppler, hormone assays with or without testicular biopsy to decide likelihood chances of parenthood.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
