How To Increase Hemoglobin Level In An Infant?

My baby is one year old nd he hv less hemoglobin doctor prescribed the medicine but we prefer juice of beetroot nd anar for increasing blood i added some peace of apple also which cause loose motion the juice come out in motion everyone says due to high iron he hv infection nd loose motion. Can u sugest me the proper medicine for my baby. Currently i give oflox oz syrup nd derolac poweder.

Your query is appreciated, if this the low hemoglobin below critical level then it need to be managed with oral iron supplements and may not cause any infection at the most it can only cause the bowel irritation but in very rare case or may cause the allergic reaction but not the infection, if the hemoglobin level is not too much low then diet alone can be enough like iron contained diet, but it need to be given in limit over dieting may cause the diarrhea in my opinion it is better to see the dietician there according to the history you will be guided how to plan the diet hope this information helps.
