How To Increase Height?

Hello doctor, i'm a 15 years old boy and i want to grow taller. I'm only 5'5" and all my friends are 5'9" and 2 inches taller than their dads even if their parents are as tall as mine. Swimming combined with high seat cycling, stretching, yoga ,kicking and jumping exercises performed for at least 6 hours/day + perfect nutrition(no sugars, no alcohol and no smoking but all the vitamins, calcium and proteins needed) + big amount of sleep(10 hours) will make me 3-4 inches taller in 3 months (this summer)?(my dad's height is 5'7" and my mom's height is 5'3"). I forgot to mention that my physical condition is very good and i weight 134lbs.

hello there,
From the formula that we use to calculate height your projected height would be around 5' 10 inches when you finish growing. This is around 19 years of age. If you are physically active and have adequate protein then continue doing so. Some boys are late bloomers and hit a growth spurt around 17. Do not worry. My parents are shorter than yours and I thought i stopped growing around your age. But I Had a growth spurt around 18 and am 5' 9.5 inches now.

Hope this helps,
Dr Arun A
