How To Increase Fertility Rate In Order To Conceive?

Hi ive been trying to conceive for eight months now and nothing has happened I had an abortion in 2011 could this have causevme to have problems conceiving and will fertility tablets like pregnacare help me conceive and what should I do to include my chanc3s of getting pregnant?

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty conceiving. it normally takes a year after trying to conceive without success for us to start addressing this as infertility. For now, no doctor would want to be aggressive at this unless you have tried for at least one year. For now, i will advise that you indulge in regular unprotected sex(at least 3times/week). If in the next 4months nothing happens, we would investigate this. It is rare for abortion to be the reason why you are having difficulties conceiving right now.
