How To Increase Breast Milk Production?

Hello sir my baby is 3 weeks old , she is suffering from insufficient breastfeeding. she is crying for whole night fir hunger. i am supporting her but she is in the position to seek supplementary food. i myself taking medications to improve breastfeeding but the process is very slow. . pls give me soln.

I understand your concern
Generally I give following advises in my practice to increased breast milk production.

Capsule lactare for two week
Granule galact with milk.
Offer breast milk every 2 hourly as it increased the breast milk production, Offer both breast simultaneously and ensure there is proper attachment of baby to breast.
Take High protein diet,garlic, jeera, wheat and fruits like papaya.
Natural remedies: drumstick leaf/juice can be use. Extract the juice of fresh drumsticks and drink half a glass of this juice everyday for a month.
Drink 2-3 liters fluid daily and take 2-3 glass of milk daily.
