How To Improve The Strength Of Cerebral Vessels?

Hello, I have a weakness of cerebral circulation and low vascular tone. Two days ago I heat my head slightly and now feel dizziness and nausea. I had a trauma of my head before but not a severe one. What to do to improve the strength of the tone of the cerebral vessels? Thank you.

Hello,

The tone of your cerebral vessels is usually maintained by your overall cardiovascular system health. There is no specific method of increasing the cerebral vessel strength/tone.

Your best bet would be to ensure that you have a healthy cardiovascular system. This you can do by reducing the amount of salt and sugar you eat to reduce your chances of developing hypertension and diabetes, increase the amount of water you take to at least 2 litres a day, exercise regularly and get enough sleep.

All the best.
