hi doc, i m 27 years old, weight is 63kg, i hav got sever cold through throught infection, doc prescrib me febrex *plus,vizylac, macpod cv 200 & macleods is it okay to take & also i got throught infection every 45-50day what should i do to improve my immune system.

frequent throat infection can be treated based on etiology
1) enlarged and infected tonsil is the common cause . so examination of it is necessary and than treated for it.
2) you may have chronic exposure to some infective agent from out side so occupational history is very important for this
3) your nutritional status is related to your immune status too. improvement can be done by changing healthy food habit +supplementary nutrition by medications if required.
