How To Improve The Father And Son Relationship?

Hello doc, My brother age-24 yrs,did his gradution from punjab patiala,post graduation from australia.Due to sudden death of my mother 8 mths back,We had to call him back from australia for taking care of our father and his business as we sisters are married and settled in our life. My brother is very religious ,teetotaller, non smoker and very caring person.However when it comes to business,he doesnt treat and speak our father properly .he holds every time our father responsible if anyting goes wrong in bussiness.Please advice how should we deal in the matter.

I have read the query and understand the concern and according to my opinion you should take a step ahead and make them both discuss about their problems frankly with each other,may be your brother is not happy in doing the business and wanted to stay in Australia which is the reason for his behavior,A good healthy discussion about being together in the family and understanding him will help in improvement of his behavior.

I would suggest both of them to consult a relationship counselor if problems between them increase in spite of their discussion with each other.
