How To Improve Sperm Count?

Hi doctor I am not getting orgasm or sperm out of my penis when I masturbate I get only very few sperm sample and it is very rare I get orgasm I feel aroused regularly but the problem is I am not getting it out in the sperm or ejaculation is not big. Plz tel me some tips to improve sperm count and ejaculate more

Normal ejaculate is 2 to 5 ml. Even 0.5 ml less than normal has the capacity to fertilise. Hence don't be worried about the volume. It is not the quantity that matters more, but more so is quality.
If you want to know about quality and quantity, get your semen analysis done. That would tell you lot more things.
