How To Improve Energy Levels?

i work 16,17 hours a day!. I travel a lot!. And I have good meals along the way, but Now day I don t feel full of energy!. I get my energy kick from red bull and chocolates. I know there not good for me!!. Is there anywhere I can get that extra kick from national tables and things??.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Based on the description, it appears that you are overworked and that's why you are feeling energy levels are low. More over, you are consuming junk foods like energy drinks and chocolates.
You need to sleep for minimum of 6 to 8 hours per day. Eating healthy diet and exercise are the best means to keep your energy levels high.
Drink good quantity of water every day.
Also, you can supplement your diet with proteins and multivitamin and mineral medications.
