Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the first sign of pregnancy is missed period with positive pregnancy test.Other symptoms like nausea,vomitings,increased urination,sore breasts start around 6 weeks of pregnancy.The urine pregnancy test gives accurate results if done a week after missed period.The boils in pubic area is not related to pregnancy.It might be due to infection.So consult doctor for definite diagnosis and apt treatment.Apply mupirocin ointment.Wear loose cotton inners.Hope this satisfies your query.
