How To Heal Knuckle Injury?

The other day, I was really angered and punched my wall. I was in horrible pain for days after that and a week later and my knuckle STILL hurts. My pinky knuckle. I can move it, but it still hurts when I put any pressure on it. There s also a bump/lump right below the knuckle. What does that mean?

There will be a contusion.

Fracture is unlikely.
